Event Details

Balletone is strength, flexibility and endurance class using dance conditioning methods in an easy to follow fitness format.  Each class is a challenging mix of non-impact muscle conditioning exercises that will lengthen, strengthen and energize your entire body.  By blending principles from ballet, Pilates and fitness, Balletone delivers a unique approach to conventional exercise classes.

The Balletone student can achieve:

Learn about your instructor:

Lisa DuPree has 14 years of dance training and over 14 years of experience as a health and fitness specialist and group exercise instructor.  She has expertise in a variety of areas including health promotion, wellness education, fitness programming, exercise stress testing, personal training and fitness class instruction. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, is an ACSM certified Health Fitness Instructor, a certified Food Psychology Coach, and a certified Wellness Coach. 

 

NOTICE: There are NO REFUNDS once your payment is processed.  PLEASE PRINT YOUR EMAILED TICKETS or EMAILED CONFIRMATION and bring with you to class for admission.  NO LATE ADMITTANCE for anyone 10-minutes after class has begun.  FIRST-TIME STUDENTS must arrive a minimum of 10-MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME to sign an injury "waiver and release".
